This CM-55SH2D is efficient equipment can manufacture bottles from 350 ml to 2 liter . Models are available to make from 360 bottles per hour and up. These systems require minimal space and modest labor and electrical costs. Advantages of the blow moulding equipment include very substantial freight savings, reduced storage space requirements, control over your own bottle supply, and the option of having your own custom designed bottle. In many cases, the cost of making your own bottle is considerably less than buying a ready-made bottle.

Features:
  • Screw can be designed upon customer's request, the screw and barrel are made of special steel and processed by nitrifying.
  • The special structure of extruder, and the vertical and longitudinal adjustment of flat-table can be adjusted automatically, so as to the blow nozzle post, furthermore, which equipped with water cooling device.
