CMA(S) Series - for Bottle Volumes Less Than 1500mlCMA - 2000 S / 3000 S / 4000 S / 6000 SCMA(S) series PET bottle stretching machine is a new generation of fully automatic and versatile machines for mass production of PET bottles with volumes up to approximately 200 ~ 1500ml. The automatic bottle stretching machine is ideally suitable for large-scale factories and for applications where stringent quality requirements have to be met. Substantial reduction in operating costs is achieved by saving manpower.

Preform In-feed and UnscramblerOrientation and delivery of preforms are in an orderly fashion to the machine. Accurate position control of preform is achieved by a pneumatic system.

Bottle Discharge SystemBi-axially oriented bottles from the moulds are picked up by robotic arms and placed in an upright position. The in-line conveyor or leaks testing system is optional. equipped.

Preform HeatingAccurate temperature control of infrared heaters in various zones of the oven is achieved by electronic control. Rotation of preform holding mandrels enables the circumference of preform at each zone to be evenly heated.

Touch Screen Control SystemComputer touch screen communicates with the PLC. All actions of the machine can be seen on the screen. The system has many sets of memories. The system diagnoses and displays the problems on the screen to make troubleshooting easier.
